The Basement is Complete!!!...well...sort of...

OK, not really, but at least now you have to look very hard to see what isn't done. The new carpet was a big hit with Nathan. We can now do fully carpeted races around the loop!

New Synapse Location

Synapse (where I work) moved our offices over the New Year holiday. We moved from sleepy Madrona into the heart of Downtown. we are in the historic Decatur Building.

The red arrow in the image on the left shows the window my desk is in front of.

It is fun being down town. I'm riding the bus into work which is cool.

Growing...

Around Nathan's first birthday we got a big ruler to put on the wall so we can record his growth. Sort of the Pottery Barn version of writing on the wall next to a door...Anyhow...I plan on taking a photo of him on each birthday in front of the ruler and then framing the photo and mounting it to the ruler. I've got four photos so far (neither were actually on his birthday) and nothing framed yet. Here are the photos.
